"I had a great experience with Sylvia on the phone. She was very friendly and upbeat. She didn’t rush me. I got a fantastic price on my car and home insurance. They quoted me half of what Hartford was billing me and gave me a couple higher limits on a couple things. We raised the medical from 15000 to 50000. If I’m in a car accident 15,000 dollars is not going to go far these days. I had gone online and filled out the questions and I got a call right away. What was really nice is the company is local. How often does that happen anymore? I was talking to her as if she was in another state then asked where she was working from. She answered Portland. That was a nice surprise. I’m thrilled with the price I got and I’m saving 700.00. The only thing I would like better would be to pay my car insurance by the year instead of every six months. I hope my car insurance doesn’t go up in six months. I have always been able to pay yearly. Being retired and on a fixed income I was very happy to save the seven hundred dollars. Ariel went above and beyond in her assistance - searching for policy discounts, checking liability limits to ensure I was getting the best deal, and was kind + patient in answering any/all questions that I had. I genuinely cannot recommend a better experience! She even made an address change/correction needed for my lease agreement and had it sent over to me in such a beautifully timely manner.
